Paahdettu paprika-linssikeitto | Roasted Bell Pepper and Lentil Soup9/09/2016
Heat the broiler to high, about 225 - 250C. Place the bell peppers on a baking tray. Roast, turning occasionally, until they blacken and blister on all side. Remove the peppers from the oven and place in a heatproof bowl. Cover for 15 minutes. Remove the skins and seeds and chop.
Add a good glug of olive oil into a large pot. Heat over a medium heat. Add the onions and gently cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix in garlic, and after minute or so, the peppers and spices
