Meanwhile, heat olive oil and butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds, garlic and chili. Cook 3 - 4 minutes, or until softened. Add the spinach and cook for a further minute or until the leaves wilt. Add mackerel and lemon juice. Drain pasta and add to the pan.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
